A two-part video edited in 2021 from original footage of an interview by Diane Austin sponsored by the University of Arizona School of Anthropology recorded on April 17, 2015. In part 1 Arthur talks about his career in archaeology including how he got into archaeology, his experience with field school, how he got to Arizona and his career at the University of Arizona and the Arizona State Museum. He shares about his work in Tabun and La Quina and discusses excavation and lithics analysis, as well as his memories of Agnese and Emil Haury.

In part 2 Art discusses his reflections on the field of archaeology including: fieldwork, field methods, analysis and interpretation. He discusses his ceramic and lithic analyses and the significance of the paleolithic. Art reflects on his time at the University of Arizona, 20 years after retiring and discusses changes in education.
