Gloria J. Fenner


Gloria J. Fenner completed undergraduate, masters and doctoral studies in archaeology at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. During that time she participated in the excavation of Jerusalem led by Kathleen Kenyon,   Ms. Fenner was an archaeologist at The Amerind Foundation in Dragoon, Arizona  from 1963-1979 during which a major project was working with Charles Di Peso on the 8-Volume Casas Grandes Report.  In 1979 she became  Associate Curator at the Arizona State Museum and then in 1982 Curator of the Museum Collections Repository at the Western Archeological and Conservation Center (WACC).  After her retirement in 2006 she continued to be involved in a variety of archaeology projects.
